I plan on working more with my group rather than by myself so that we collaborate our ideas together and learn from each other. I would really like to see how the other group members are doing and maybe do a test run of our project. I actually really like this project because i get to practice with unity and programming however I really am not a fan of the grading system. I understand that it’s helping us to be better accustomed with a working environment, however for our entire grade to be based upon the amount of money we earn.
My perspective on what constitutes reliable news has not really changed. I started out thinking that if the source is using facts when they are needed and they have a good reputation then they are reliable. When it comes to being biased however I try to stay away from articles that are about news. If they are more entertainment articles then I don’t think anything is wrong with having a bias. I think there is a possibility of me being a more critical consumer of the information given because I have never really looked into the news and journalism as intensely as we are in class. I think i am more attentive to details. It’s important because news and journalism are our means of learning about the world around us and what’s happening, and if all we are hearing are lies then we are just being manipulated and not fully aware of what's really going on.

Week 3: A Day to Forget
When I'm working in an environment that's distracting, more often than not I find myself irritated and slacking off. So, in order to prevent this I will bring earbuds with me so i can listen to music or some sort of white noise and it will keep me on task and less distracted. If I don't have access to headphones or music I will try to find a quiet place to work In solitude. I don't have an issue with working with others, I just prefer to work alone. Some might even say that i have Buzz Lightyear qualities(ha ha). At the moment Working by myself has helped the most because i'm more likely to get my work done or make more progress. So far what I find myself complaining about the most is the grading process and that if my "pay' doesn't meet the quota then I'm screwed over with a low grade. I totally get why we are being graded this way however I believe that It is "unfair" to those who put in a larger amount of work. for example a programmer can put in 2 hours of work everyday and not meet their needed amount, yet an actor who is only performing for a short time will work less and get their full pay and be done with it. I don't like using unfairness in an argument because i find it to be invalid in some situations, but I feel it is the easiest way to put this situation into words.
