Because I was working at the school, I was able to talk to different teachers and and students about playing the escape room. Diana and myself were advocates for it and promoted it around the school. I think one of my favorite things was hearing from students how much they enjoyed it and when I talked to the teachers, they told me how excited their students were about the room. They even told their classmates to go out and do it, and to my surprise it inspired them to create their own escape rooms for their exhibition!
There have definitely been times where I had to manage things on my own, for example scheduling groups to come through and reaching out to other teachers. However, having worked with a partner the entire time the load was split between the two of us and we were able to handle it much easier and with less stress. Sometimes it was difficult because the student wouldn't be in on time and it throws off the entire days schedule, so we would have to push groups off another day or shorten their time which sucked because we wanted each group to have the full hour.
